I have three recurring weekly events in Lightning all for 11 am on Monday, Wednesday and Friday in which the reminder displays at the proper time (15 minutes before the event time of 11 am) . I then set them to snooze for 2 hours but the reminder does not re-display the event after the selected snooze time. The following day the reminder displays at the proper time of 15 minutes before the event time of 11 am. The event is for only 5 minutes as it is a reminder to charge the battery of a device that I take to the gym.

Any idea of what is going on? I suspect the Lightning file is corrupted in some way but I have not been able to locate a tool which might be able to correct the corruption. Any assistance would be appreciated.

I haven't seen your problem in my Lightning, but then I have never tried a short interval such as 5 minutes. I don't know why that should matter but I'd try extending it.

There is also a calendar refresh interval; maybe the event duration needs to be at least as long as the refresh interval. My refresh interval (IIRC) is 30 min. and I generally set reminders to 1 hr. duration.

Another option might be to set the event later but with a longer setting for the reminder pre-emption. That is, set the event for 1300 with a "2 hr before" reminder. (If that's possible; I don't recall the range of reminder time settings offered.)

I have tried everything suggested and nothing worked.
