My password would not work. I reset it, confirmed on e-mail. It still doesn't work, tried to sign in for support.

I downloaded firefox 43 on an old PC yesterday which is very slow. Anything I tried to connect to re: firefox support changing my password, confirming my username, would not go through or took several tries. The reset password still doesn't work and I need to get support to get connected with my tax filing site.

Specifically, password for what?
