I am unable to receive updates. Pop-up screen states that I need to log in, yet when I try, it says I don't have admin privileges. I do. Any ideas?

I've tried for two days to reset my password.. Nothing. No email show's up in my inbox. This evening I uninstalled Firefox, then reinstalled it to see if this would help. Then I decided to ask y'all.. I just received a confirmation email that I registered for this support group. Does this mean that I will start getting updates? Or do I need to do something in addition to this? I have an Windows 8.1 (64 bit) OS.

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the website.

Check your user profile at the site. Also, check your junk mail folder.

Go to your user profile for that website and change the e-mail.

However, if you are talking about sync;

Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail, will remove all data from the servers.
