I had a Beta copy of Thunderbird and a message came up asking me to upgrade. I did this and now all my saved data in the Local Folders is gone. How do I retrieve all that history.

I went through the process as indicated and still I do not see my old local folders. I saw the old Beta profile but when it loaded as directed it still did not show my old folders.
