Each time I start Firefox it does two things: 1 - It checks plugin compatibility. 2 - It opens the Getting Started Page. I have just installed the latest 8.0.1. version. I run on Windows7 Ultimate. Have not used Firefox for a year due to this with previous version doing the same. Have tried all support recommendations: closing tabs, saving etc.

Surprised to see no one else with these issues and no support?

Thanks Rob
