Casting to chromecast not working on some websites ?
casting to chromecast from Firefox for android works on popular sites like CNN.com but for some reason it doesn't work on this kissanime.com/m website. when i am trying to cast the video Firefox connects to chromecast for one second and then disconnects please help thanks

This is frustrating. I cannot get it to work either.

Those are the steps I took in order to troubleshoot the issue, however when I reattached both devices to the same home wifi the screencast icon shows up. You can also long tap on the video mp4 file and select "Send To Device" and you can select screen mirroring in the Android settings.
Mine flashes the tv screen for a second and then goes back to the chromecast backdrop. Please do post back what your results are.

Can you please confirm that the example url of the video that you tried to cast is encoded with these standards:
And that your mobile device supports the media type as well(I assumed it did since you can get the video to play. )
Hi the video is encoded with the standards and the video also plays on my device without any issue what so ever. I tried to cast this video from an another app and it was able to cast it but I don't like this other app that much.
