I uninstalled firefox and re-installed my bookmarks were missing but were saved as an old mozila data file.How do I restore them?

I recently deleted firefox because of some problems but saved all the data in a folder.Now I have reinstalled and can't find a way to restore history/bookmarks etc. All of them are important so please help me.thank you

Look on your desktop. Do you see a folder called; Old Firefox?

These can't get your data back, but will help in the future.
