Clear the cache and the cookies from sites that cause problems.

"Clear the Cache":

• Firefox/Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Cached Web Content: "Clear Now"

"Remove Cookies" from sites causing problems:

• Firefox/Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions (Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem (switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance).

• Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window or otherwise make changes.

Was the horoscope a feature of your home page, for example, a Yahoo or iGoogle page? A Firefox issue might be affecting the page, but you might also check the page in another browser in case there was change by your service provider.

it was always on the left of my screen ......i would just click on TEACUP READING and i would get it....always got my reading by Russell Grant also on a video ....can't get it now ???? thank you

Maybe it was in Firefox's Bookmarks Sidebar? You can open and close the sidebar using Ctrl+b (assuming the page doesn't think you are trying to bold some text).

If you had a link on the left side of the page, it either could have been a part of that page -- but we have to rely on you to remember which page it was -- or a bookmark appearing in the Bookmarks Sidebar -- Ctrl+b opens and closes the Bookmarks Sidebar.

Can you access the page in Internet Explorer?
