Yes, The 32.0.2 is the latest release of firefox.
If you are uncertain just go to www.mozilla.org to see what the current Firefox version is being served.
These minor updates are only for security and or stability fixes that cannot wait for next Release. The 32.0.2 was to try and fix a problem top crasher some people were getting in 32.0
