Multiple people using 1 email box?
I run a small business and i'm look for an email management system so that multiple people can look at the same email box without getting confused with who is dealing with what email. Google apps do something called Collaborative Inbox, but unfortunately this doesn't quite fit our criteria. As mozilla is usually well ahead of the game, do they have something similar?

I assume that 'multiple people' means 'multiple computers' as well. If you set up your email with IMAP, each person can see the Inbox. What would probably work best is that when someone takes an email to deal with it, they move it to a separate folder (either on the server or a local one).
Would something like that work for you?
