I keep getting these two warnings every time I try to input my new password on one of my email inboxes in my Thunderbird:

Sending of password for user 21006353@student.uwa.edu.au did not succeed. Mail server pop.googlemail.com responded: Username and password not accepted.

AND

Login to server pop.googlemail.com failed.

It then keeps asking me to: Enter your password for 21006353@student.uwa.edu.au on pop.googlemail.com. Every time I re-enter my password, it reverts me back to the first two messages.

Can this please be fixed? I cannot access this email account on Thunderbird. It is NOT the password - it is definitely right. I even went and changed it again to double check.

Thank you.
