My lap top was stolen today, and I'm trying to recover my Thunderbird info from Mozy.

I was able to recover most of the data (address book , calendar, filters, sent e-mail, trash) but all of my subfolders will not show up in Thunderbird.

The subfolders are in the back up file, but won't show in Thunderbird.

I'm using Windows 7.

The e-mail is a POP3.

Attached is a screen shot of the files on the computer.

What exactly is in your backup? It should be the entire Thunderbird profile.

What are the exact steps you did to restore the backup? You apparently had to start from scratch installing Thunderbird on another computer. Start there.

The entire profile.

Installed Thunderbird from scratch. Once installed, I added the backed up profile.

Most items reinstalled no problem; address book, message filters, add ons, etc. The inbox, sent and trash folders installed as well.

What did not reinstall were my many other folders.

This isn't exactly a comprehensive description of what you were doing. More details please.
