I keep getting a message when I try to get to my inbox that I can't connect to the imap server? I've tried to add a new password but the IMAP server won't take
Getting message that my password is incorrect when logging into the imap server but I can't find a way to reset it. I've tried removing both my IMAP and STMP passwords and using a master password but nothing seems to work. Do I have to deinstall Thunderbird and create a new account?

Let me rephrase the question: What is your email provider?
