Multiple problems following download of Windows 10 including slow operation, extreme difficulty in launching Firefox.
Since downloading Windows 10 I have experienced a whole series of problems including difficulty in launching Firefox , pages freezing, typing text pauses. Even trying to open Hotmail / Outlook is extremely slow.
I have an HP Notebook. I contacted their technical support who suggested a reboot in Safe Mode, but this did not solve the problems.
I have also contacted Microsoft Support who did not have any real solutions apart from to reboot in Safe Mode or revert to Windows 8 / 8.1. However it seems that by doing the latter I may lose some or all of my files.

windows 10 has some problem. It was not the problem of the web browser
