What is the domain from which you send the account validation email? This would be *very* helpful to have this available.

I've been trying for weeks now to get my primary email address confirmed: paul at kinzelman.com It worked immediately to my secondary gmail account.

I've worked with my domain ISP guy and he's combed thru the logs and he's getting no email related to firefox validation at the time I'm asking for another confirmation.

If you're using amazonses.com I've checked there and there's no blacklist on my email.

Suggestions?

My guy finally got back to it.

The good news seems to be that the problem was inside his server, an extra spam filter.

The interesting news is that the confirmations are being sent NOT from mozilla.org but from amazonses.com It'd be good to put that in as a note someplace to say what the domain is that is used to send the confirmation email.

Thanks very much for your help!

Anything from Mozilla would be from Mozilla.org

Such e-mail is always sent to the address on file with the web site.

Go to the top of any support.mozilla.org web page and press your user name to see your Mozilla profile. Including your questions and answers.

Thanks for the quick reply. I think my ISP/mail guy is on vacation this weekend, so I'll have to try this next week. Thanks for letting me know the domain, that might be a good thing to have in the message when people ask for another confirmation email so people know what domain to whitelist if necessary.
