When I enter an online game I've always used firefox but now the window is cut off a few centimeters from the bottom and the side, I can't get it back to normal

It's not the actual window itself I guess because I can move and stretch it and stuff but the image inside the window is cut off. It's not a usual window where there's a settings button, tabs or anything, just one by the address bar to show you what plugin its using. Please help because I've been using chrome for this specific purpose but now chrome no longer supports the plugin and hasn't gotten an update yet.
