Is there a way to permanently delete search history stored in Firefox sync? Even though I have deleted history for everything and sync, it still stores my past search terms. I can see the search terms when I create a new profile. The problem is not about usability issue. Rather privacy issue.

You can request a new Sync Password which will clear all your data on the Sync server.
