How do I setup more then 1 email account in Thunderbird?  ! have 2 email accounts. 1 @msn.com and the other @hotmail.com. Dreammail has a multi email account setup. But Dreammail has a few bugs that I don't like.

File|New|Existing Mail Account

Or through the Application Menu button, [≡]|New Message|Existing Mail Account

Note that you need to hover over "New Message".

Don't click anything that says "New account". You don't need a new account; you're trying to add an existing mail account.
