why is it when I have Firefox my mouse curser flickers and when I type words in search or comments there is a delay before the words appear?
Gmail always wants me to sign back in cursor flickers, words appear in a delay before you can see what you typed. I don't have a virus , or when I ran a few , nothing came up except for pups. Any advice much appreciated thanks!

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac Options) key, and then starting Firefox. Is the problem still there?
