which security setting under windows explorer do i need to change?
When I try to download Firefox, it gives me a message stating my security settings will not allow download.

This could also be caused by the protection programs you have. As a test, disable them.

I believe that is more of Windows Permission issue,can you please try this:-
- Open Internet Explorer.
- Click Tools and then options.
- Click on the security tab.
- Select the Internet Zone.
- Click on the Custom Level Button and then scroll down to Download.
- On the Security Setting Window>under Downloads> enable File download.
- Click Apply and Ok
- Restart Internet Explorer
Check and keep us updated.
