Paypal login shows blank page
Hello, When logging into paypal FF loads and goes to the final login page. However this screen shows up -sometimes only if newly typed into address- only for a feeled second and then I get a dead blank screen (happens at Paypal only).
This is new for about the last few updates (now on 44.0.2-32bit on 64bit machine). The same version acts normal on laptop etc., all on WIN 7 Pro-64, and in worknet (domain) via switch. I tried almost every hint in support towards to show me this page. To no avail.
Any ideas? Thanks for help.
BTW: The "educated guesses" are fooled: I apply version changer set on WIN10-64, because of a faulty message to my banking site, FF sends XP which is banned if left without changer, according banks message.
Addons and Plugins were not changed for ages, updated, and are the same as with e.g. laptop.

As said in 1st post:
I'm online with FF 44.0.2 (German), and "About FF" says "your FF is up todate".
What I didn't write yet: Last week I deinstalled FF completely following instruction in FF Help (deleting files and directories as told). Went to Mozilla and got newest for new installation. I got 44.01., and after first start I was lead towards 44.02 for an update. So did I, and by the new installation a new profile was created too.
Latest experience: Was directed from another sale page (Etsy) to Paypal for payment: NO problem at all! Only from eBay (so far) and directly from address line.
When going to PP on another machine, comparison of the entire URL with that on the "error machine" is absolutely the same to the last letter/figure/sign.
Funny enough, when I enter mozilla pages (only on erroring machine), FF issues message on top in a sense of "Apparently you apply an older FF version, install update to stay secure and get faster".
Old version??? Must be the User Agent Switcher! Was on FF 40.x.x. WIN 10 to satisfy my bank, because they managed to "see" me as applying WIN XP (Browser not checked!), when applying "Default" Agent ! So I had to create a new (true) User Agent (FF 44.0.2 WIN7 64 bits) in the switcher options .... AND THIS WORKS with Paypal! ..... The bank swallows it too ;-).
What I learned: Paypal is obviously checking browser versions that are transmitted by the login procedure! ... but doesn't say anything about a "old version"! ... and the fact, that there IS checking.
Anyway, have my thanks for the hints given towards solution. I think we can close the thread.... otherwise I'll come back.

Use this link to check that your plugins are up-to-date. If any are listed as unknown or research, do not worry about them.

Thanks for hint. I did as suggested. Java to update (32/64). Deactivated Quicktime plugin. No change.
Did you update Firefox?

FredMcD, the problem is SOLVED as said above in my last message! Since the Agent Switcher was brought to send Firefox 44.0.2 out instead the foregoing setting to FF 40.x.x.
Data collection as suggested brings the real applied version(-s), also mentioned above (as upTODATE). So there's no further use of it.
Good to hear. Safe Surfing.
