I can't import data from outlook 2007 into thunderbird 24, 31 or 38. It doesn't show an option just blank listing of pgms to import from.

As others have noted I can't import any data from outlook 2007 into thunderbird (as listed in the subject). I always have a blank page when it gets to the programs to import from. I've tried the versions listed but the same results every time. And the installers always load the mozilla support program that wants to update every version to most recent one. I don't know if this is interferring with the selection process or not. Any other version I should be trying in order to accomplish the import feature?

As I stated the 31 version does the same as the 24 and 38. I am given no choices of email programs to import from. There are none shown on the import from program page. I am using Win 10 Pro version if this helps any.

Do you have outlook installed? The import will only ever work when Outlook is installed on your computer along with Thunderbird
