How do I filter out Picture content from the browser?
In the old version, i could filter out the picture from the browser , i don't think this new one can do that. How do I do it if its there please?

Do you mean you want to prevent loading images?
The check boxes to load images automatically have been removed from "Options/Preferences > Content".
You can look at extensions like these:
- Image Block: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/image-block/
- ImgLikeOpera: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/imglikeopera/
- QuickJava: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/addon/quickjava/
