i unable to open my firefox

whenever i click firefox icon to open it, i got a crash massage to restart filefox, i try several time but before starting of mozilla, crash report appear, below is some crash report details

hi, this looks like it may be caused by external software on the computer. please go into your system's control panel and remove any software labelled "Freecorder" or similar or by the publisher "Applian Technologies" or any other toolbars.

afterwards you should Update Firefox to the latest release!
