I cannot download any extensions and extensions and https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ page in not opening.

I have "refreshed Firefox" as in the: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

Then I wanted reinstall the extensions that I had been using but https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/ is not opening properly, (please see the attachment).

And even if I reach the extension download page still I cannot download and a "failure to download" message occurs on my screen. (please see the second attachment)

I tried to uninstall and install again the Firefox, I have restarted my PC as well, still not working...

Could you help me solve this issue please?

hi, in case you're using ESET security software, please try to disable and re-enable SSL/TLS protocol filtering or generally disable the interception of secure connections as described in ESET’s support article: http://support.eset.com/kb3126/

Thanks for the reply.

The thing is I cannot download any of the extensions, plus sometimes it says "connection is not secure" even though when I try to access Google, or sometimes it is just like a blank page.
