I found out I wasn't really talking to Firefox it was the above 888 number. He was on my computer screen and said I had been hacked and would continue to be hacked it I didn't buy the fire wall he was selling. He hung up on me. Now he has all my info. Have I left myself wide open for more hacking? How do I get the hackers off my iMac and iPhone.

What kind of information did you give?!

Change any passwords immediately but try to use a system you know to be "clean" if you can, since yours might now have spyware.

If the person had you install any new software, you probably need to remove it now. It might be in your download history if that wasn't cleared.

Run some good cleaning software, for example: https://www.malwarebytes.org/antimalware/mac/

It's incredible they have thousands of pages in Google: https://www.google.com/search?q=%22888-264-6472%22+firefox

Mozilla the company that makes the Firefox web browser does not have any call centers for one on one phone, chat or email support.
