How to make all tabs rounded in Classic Theme Restorer?

I had to reset FF, and can't remember how I got all the tabs to be rounded on the top. It seems I did something with background colors, but now I can't make it work. I want all the tabs to be rounded all the time, not just when I hover or select one.

If there is another add-on I can use, please let me know. I had this feature before I reset, and really want it back.

Open Classic Theme Restorer and select Tabs on the left menu.
