Live bookmarks not working?
I cannot get Live Bookmarks (RSS feed) to save. I have uninstalled LIveClick in case it was adding to the problem. It did not change anything.
I click the RSS feed icon, the RSS feed icon/notice on the website, or I tap ALT, then click Bookmarks>Subscribe to this page. All take me to the Live Bookmarks page as usual. I enter in name for the feed. I select the folder (although now not even that is available). I click Subscribe.
And nothing. The feed is not listed in the folder or anywhere else.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox. I renamed the Firefox folder first in Mozilla folder in AppData.
I still cannot get Live Bookmarks to save. Even tried it before I reinstalled my bookmarks. I don't know why it isn't working!

OKAY! I restarted Firefox in Safe Mode. Live bookmarks worked. I restarted then disabled one addon at a time.
This then showed that an addon "Add Bookmark Here2" was not allowing Live Bookmarks to save.
I'll be asking the developer of that addon what I can do.

So no one has any idea? Do I need to file a bug report or something?
Do you otherwise have a problem with creating a new bookmark?
You can check for problems with the places.sqlite database (bookmarks and history) in the Firefox profile folder.

I don't have any problems with saving other bookmarks.
Places Maintenance did not resolve the problem.
I checked the Read-Only like the other links suggest.
