I think you have a Flash Conflict, not saying that this is your issue or cure but I have seen it fix other stuff so Please uninstall Flash ver 25 and 27 by using the https://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html There will be information on your OS and saying what to do about Windows 10. They need to be the same version and are usually so. If site says your Flash for Firefox is 25 then follow along and uninstall it with the uninstaller then get ver 27 if says for 25 update your Win10 or do that anyways. https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/otherversions/ Step 1: Select Operating System Step 2: Select A Version (Firefox, Win IE . . . .)
