The font is all caps and BOLD red for some reason and it will not change via the toolbar nor in the settings found under tools

Somehow the font was changed on a work computer. It is bold, red, all CAPS, From the toolbar I can change to black, but as soon as I click the email screen..it goes back to red. I also changed the color under the tools>options tab, but nothing. The text is still bold, red, all CAPS! Help please

is the caps lock turned on on the keyboard, or if it is cordless is the battery getting flat?

red writing in the address field of the write indicates the address is not in your address book.
