All available help from Mozilla directs you to "Options" => "Advanced" => "Search for text when I start typing". Version Quantum 59.0.2 (64-bit) does not have this path anymore.

Please Copy/Paste : about:preferences#general to the Address Bar then Enter Go down to the Heading - Browsing you will find what you seek there. Uncheck the Box for Search for text when I start typing.
