I have added an address to allow a site but it is eliminated on browser shut down

Every time I sign on to a particular site ( that I have allowed) this site constantly asks for ( NEW ) identify. I have cookies removed on 

the closing of my browser but allow this site to remain! Is it my browser or the site access problem?

Hi, it is you as your removing the cookies the site needs to log you in or saved preferences you have made. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/fix-login-issues-on-websites-require-passwords
