Add-on Enigmail is not displayed when I sending or getting mail

What I previously did (use Windows 10/ Ubuntu/ Mint): 1. Install Thunderbird Setup 60.3.0 2. Install exquilla_for_microsoft_exchange-60.0-tb (Add my exchange account) 3. Install enigmail-2.0.8-sm+tb (Install GnuPG, create keys)

But, when I sending or getting mail, add-on Enigmail is not displayed and messages arrive unencrypted. Please, help me resolve this technical problem.
