Why there isn't a diffrent beetwen a norwal window and a private window ?
There is no animation or a different color in the private window. It's not helpful. To be sure I have to click the new private window button again and again just to see the "private browsing" on the title of the tab.

yes there is a different you can know if you're using a private window, Private Browsing windows have a purple mask at the top. like attached photo:

Can you please check if you have all your windows in private browsing mode check Options => Privacy & Security under 'History' choose 'Use custom settings for history' and see if 'Always use private browsing mode' is checked.
P.S while using permanent private browsing mode, you won't see a purple mask or any other indication that a private window is open.
