Using thunderbird on Mac - Issues with number of accounts and fetching email
I currently run thunderbird on my Windows 10 PC - I want to move to MAC. As such - I copied my profile from Windows 10 and moved it to the MAC as well as update the profile.ini file so that it now points to the correct profile.
After starting up Thunderbird - I was prompted to log into each of my email accounts. It seems that I reached a limit in that I received a message that stated I had reach max logins and as such needed to remove accounts - never ran into this issue - did a search on the problem but no solution as of yet for MAC -
Now - I have things set up to fetch email every 10 minutes - when that triggers I once again get prompted for each account to enter in password and select Allow. But even doing that - no email is ever fetch from google.
So question
1. Is there any issue in moving a profile from a windows box to mac box? I see the accounts, the settings are there as well as all the addon's
2. Why is thunderbird/mac preventing me from having access to all my email accounts?
3. Why is thunderbird/mac continuously prompting me to enter in password and allow it access to the google email account.

I think you are seeing the password prompts due to an issue explained here:
