An email has been sent to me twice that I haven't received, so it's possible it's gone into the Junk folder. However, I don't know where to find the Junk folder! I've tried changing the View but it makes no difference, and no articles appear to address what is presumably a very basic issue. Can someone point me in the right direction please.

if your account is configured as IMAP, the folder may be commonly called junk, spam or in the case of yahoo "bulk mail"

I would also suggest if your account is POP logging into your providers web mail and checking the folders there as they are not downloaded to Thunderbird by all servers. Some send all new mail, some only send new mail that gets as far as their inbox on the mail server.

I also can't find this folder, having same issues where important emails are not coming through.
