After latest Thunderbird Update, looping requests to log into gmail for calendar, deleted all google calendar, new calendar for google shows none available.
Years of superb coordination. After recent Thunderbird update, continuous looping requests to log in for Google Provider into Gmail. When no relief could be found, unsubscribed to all Google calendars. Disabled - restarted addons. Cleared cache and cookies. Try to add new calendar - on network - Google - enter account - log in - allow and no calendars appear in the box to select calendars.

No, my gmail email is working fine both in and out. I get no error code, only a blank screen for picking calendar after entering email address and logging into gmail account and selecting Allow.
Did you change the preference mentioned in c#22 of the bug report?

Thank you! All is well in the world... I appreciate your input...
This solution should not be something that someone needs to hunt for. I spent way too much time trying to sync my calendar. I even started using Outlook.

In fairness to the TB developers, this issue was initiated by a change by Google to their OAuth process. Do you think Google gives advance warning to makers of email software? In any case, the workaround and updated version of TB were provided fairly quickly.

Thank you for the explanation. I apologize for my rant.
