I am new to TB and have received several emails with attachments but when I look at them they are marked with a red "X" then "Downloading 12.3.1 A2.pdf" in black crossed through with a delete line. I had moved the emails to a different folder before trying to read them and wondered if moving them out of the inbox could be the cause of the trouble? I would be grateful for any help.

if they are moved within the account it should not be an issue.

Bu it sounds like the attachments have not been downloaded. This might be your anti virus blocking potentially dangerous attachments. (PDF) They do weird stuff.
