Hi Seburo. Thank you for your response. However, my problem is that next to "Bookmarks" there is only "Edit", which enables us to edit existing bookmarks. I cannot find an "Add" button anywhere (On a tablet.) Where is the Add button?

Delving further, I find that clicking the menu icon (Three dots on top right-hand corner) on your response, there is Add alongside Bookmarks. So some webpages do have Add, whereas others do not. The question becomes - why do some pages have the Add facility but others do not?

As I haven't had a problem bookmarking any page so far, could you share a link to a page you are having trouble with?

newday.co.uk/my amazon is one site that has only "*Bookmarks *Edit", with no "Add" option. Hope this is the same when you open it. This is not the only one I have had a problem bookmarking, although it only happens with a few sites.

Saburo - many thanks for your help. Your suggestion was indeed the reason for there being no "Add" option, and is the answer to my problem.

ervin.jelvos.9 - thank you for making the effort to reply. However, the article you cut/pasted fails to mention that there may be no "Add" option, for the reason explained by Seburo.
