Chase bank doesn't like my Firefox browser
Hello,
For about a year now, when I try to log into Chase Bank, I get a message that my Firefox browser it out of date, and that I need to update it. Well today, Firefox updated my browser, so I tried to log into Chase again, and I got the same error message. Is anyone else having this problem with Chase?

They gave you the reason in the *Alert* popup. Not all sites support Firefox Browser and some site decide what browser they support so you have to use that Browser to access the site. Just because it did in the past doesn't mean current version is support on their network access.
Could this be a recurrence of the problem you previously asked about?
