WM.com page runs a continuous reload/refresh; works in Chrome and other Chromium browsers
Page works in Chrome, and other Chromium browsers, but when loaded in Firefox it does a constant refresh/reload, and never fully loads. Happens in both Windows and Android.

I am able to login and get past the reload loop. Try disabling Tracking Protection for the site.

Not sure what else you did, but just disabling the enhanced tracking protection does not make any difference. The page still just sits at a continuous refresh/reload loop. I've verified on multiple devices here, both Windows and Android, as well as verified with several other people that we all see the exact same behavior. I have not tested this on Android due to feasibility, but apparently if you leave it there long enough (on the order of minutes), it will eventually stop the refresh/reload loop. Tried in a private window as well, just to confirm, and it does exhibit the exact same behavior there also.
No problems here with accessing the WM login page.
You can try these steps in case of issues with webpages:
You can reload webpage(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.
- hold down the Shift key and left-click the Reload button
- press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
- press "Command + Shift + R" (Mac)
Clear the Cache and remove the Cookies for websites that cause problems via the "3-bar" Firefox menu button (Settings).
"Remove the Cookies" for websites that cause problems:
- Settings -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data: "Manage Data"
"Clear the Cache":
- Settings -> Privacy & Security
Cookies and Site Data -> Clear Data -> [X] Cached Web Content -> Clear
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/clear-cookies-and-site-data-firefox
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-clear-firefox-cache
Start Firefox in Troubleshoot Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration or if userChrome.css/userContent.css is causing the problem.
- switch to the Default System theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Themes
- do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Troubleshoot Mode start window
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/diagnose-firefox-issues-using-troubleshoot-mode
- https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/troubleshoot-extensions-themes-to-fix-problems
You can check for issues with Enhanced Tracking Protection. Firefox shows a purple shield instead of a gray shield at the left end of the location/address bar in case Enhanced Tracking Protection is blocking content.
- click the shield icon for more detail and possibly disable the protection
You can check the Web Console for relevant-looking messages like blocked content.
That is not the URL I specifically mentioned, though. Yes, if you navigate directly to the login page it works, but if you attempt to navigate to https://wm.com or https://www.wm.com, you will encounter a constantly reloading/refreshing page. This is not a matter of cached content or cookies; as I said earlier, this exact same behavior is seen in a Private Window as well. Also as already stated, disabling the enhanced tracking protection does not resolve the issue. Also as stated previously, this happens across multiple Windows computers, multiple Android phones, for at least half a dozen people that I have spoken with directly, so this is not something somehow specific to my equipment or my profile. This also appears to be a Firefox specific bug, as no other browsers that I or any of my colleagues have tried experience this issue. (Chrome, Edge, DuckDuckGo; I do not have access to a Mac or iPhone to try Safari)
I can try the Troubleshoot Mode, but given the nature of the issue, I find it very unlikely that anything is going to come of it.
