An update has deleted the contents of all my sub-folders. If I move e-mails into a sub-folder they disappear after a week or two. This is a BIG deal.
An update a month or so back changed the layout and deleted all the contents of my sub-folders. This is a big deal as they contained all the info on my clients. Also, if I move an e-mail into a sub-folder, afer a week or two they just disappear. Finally, the feature that shows the thread of a message cannot be switched off. This just increases my click load!

There are view settings which now operate on a per folder basis. Please check View > Message and the "Customize view of current folder" button (toolbar).
