Field broken on order form issue

I'm using a Samsung 9s ultra tablet. I have an order form from my company downloaded on Firefox. I have been using this form on my tablet for a year now. All of the sudden one of the fields quit working. The column with the totals (This column adds the totals) will not let me type in a number. It will let me type in other charaters, no numbers. I tried to reset and reinstall. I downloaded the form several times. This order form still works fine on my laptop. Do you have any suggestions? Thank you

Hi can you share the order form with us by uploading it somewhere then sharing it here?

Noahsumo: I have uploaded the order form to the website you provided. Can you let me know if you received it. I have attached a screenshot as well. The field not letting me type in numbers is the base price column. It will let me type in letters.

Did you try clearing your browser data? (Menu > Settings > Delete browsing data)
