Yesterday, when I reported sluggish response from FF plus it (FF) was running in excess of 50% of the CPU, you suggested that I disable all the extensions that I was running. I did that when it happened today and it appears that it's not going to happen again.

My question is since Adblock Plus and Flash Blocker were two of the extensions, how can I now block ads without using the extensions. Also, is FF aware of the problem and/or is there a fix in the works? (This is not the only time I've had to disable all my extensions to fix a FF problem.)

Do you have Adblock Plus 1.2.2? It should work with 3.6.9 without running excess CPU. If you leave Adblock Plus on, does the problem still exist?
