Firefox continues to display cached pages even after Network, Clear All and Privacy "clear when closed" has been used.

After taking all steps to clear cached pages, Firefox will not pull a new page. I am certain of the problem as I am developing a website and changes I make are not being displayed. Other browser are displaying the new information.

You can reload a web page and bypass the cache with:

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Cmd + Shift + R" (MAC)

There are other things that need attention.

Update the Java plugin to the latest version.
