I disabled the bars(command bar, menu bar, etc.) and now I don't know how to get them back. Please help

Thanks so much for your help. I knew it had to be an easy solution. You just have to right click with ie and can't hide the navigation bar, so I had no idea how to solve this issue. Thanks again for your help.
