I cannot print when in certain sites where previously I could, but I can from others

FireFox v. 3.6.13 . Although I had no problem at all printing from any site I visited suddenly, while printing from PIMCO.com I interrupted the process. Later on, when I tried to print from the same site I got a message (which I did not write down) something like "chrome e.t.c". From then on I cant print from that site. The same happened with "voxeu.com" and probably with others I do not know of. Otherwise I can print normally from most of the other sites. I am forced to use other browsers to print from those sites. Extensions and Plug-ins are identical pre and after .
