I am running Firefox 3:6:13 and can't access my Virgin mail account online. Virgin say there is nothing wrong. So, I tried IE and get into my account with no problem. Have used Firefox for a few years now and don't want to change but this is a nuisance.

I have no problems accessing Virgin mail accounts. Try clearing the cache and deleting cookies for the site, this can sometimes help with accessing a site that previously worked. I have already tried that and also a 45 minute phone call with Virgin! Any more ideas?

I had previously blocked cookies from google.com and, believe it or not, when you try to log onto Virgin Mail, you are directed via google.com. Problem solved!
