My comcast password will not hold, and Comcast informs me that Firefox needs to help me with this problem.

In order to open my Comcast email account I need my ID and password. When the password was initially set up it was not the password I wanted. I have tried to reset it myself and also talked to two comcast technicians. One tried to reset but it was not successful. The second technician said that I need to go through Firefox because they (Comcast) are unable to get into your default accounts. I hope my explanation of my problem is understandable and that you can help me. As you can imagine it is very frustration.l

Okay what exactly is the problem here? Is Firefox not remembering the correct password or can you not access your Comcast Account?
