I had to reformat my C: drive and reinstall winxp. I copied the firefox folder from my c drive be fore I formate the drive. And put in on my storage drive D: Is there a way of getting my bookmarks back out of the firefox directory on my D: drive and put them on the C: drive where I reinstalled firefox in Program Files directory.

Maybe there is a file that I can just copy over from the D: drive firefox to the c: drive firefox folder, but I don't know what the file name is. Thanks for any help.

Did you save the Profile folder where Firefox stores your personal data?

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\

No I did not save that personal data, sorry did not know where the bookmark file was kept. I saved the whole file folder Firefox to another drive. I thought it may have been in that directory, in one of the sub folders.
